MISSION STATEMENT
The Octavius V. Catto Voter Education Ministry of the African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas is a non-partisan ministry that honors the legacy of our church member, Octavius Valentine Catto, who was a voter rights, civil rights and social justice activist. Our faith calls us to seek equity and justice for all. Through this ministry we will educate, engage and motivate our community to act through civic engagement to become full participants in our democratic process.
